Cancellations & Returns
Order Cancellations
If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we can cancel it for you. Because payment processing fees are not returned to us when a refund is issued, all approved cancellations are subject to a 10% fee. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Digital Products
All digital products are final sale. Due to the nature of instant downloads, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on digital items.
If you accidentally received the wrong file, please reach out and we will promptly send you the correct download.
Returns & Order Issues (Physical Products)
We do not offer standard returns on physical items. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us — we want to make it right. Return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error while fulfilling your order.
If a customer selected or paid a discounted shipping rate and the actual postage cost exceeds the amount paid at checkout, the difference in shipping cost will be deducted from any applicable refund.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier company that you selected.
Returned to Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to claim the parcel, or unpaid customs or duty fees, we will issue a refund once the item is received back. Original shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases.
If the actual postage cost was higher than the discounted shipping rate paid at checkout, the true postage amount will be deducted from the refund.
